For our Design Technology project this half term,  we designed and made our bread-based product using foods that were accessible to the Romans 2000 years ago.  First we taste-tested 14 different  foods and recorded our responses.

We then worked in teams of 4 and decided how we were going to use the Roman flatbread given to us.  We had to have 4 different fillings with 3 foods on the side.  Next, we set to work making our plate of Roman food, as can been seen in the 6 photos above.

We were all really pleased with the final outcome.  See our finished plates of food on the link provided.
